Western Sydney International Airport Project

As a national group of companies, BMD Group provides engineering design, construction, and land development services to the urban development, transport infrastructure, resources, and energy industries.
For the new Western Sydney International Airport Project at Badgerys Creek, BMD has been awarded the design and construct contract for the terminal apron area.
BMD is responsible for constructing the airport’s landside facilities, including earthworks and drainage, a road network, including connections to the terminal precinct, ground transportation facilities, active transport connections, aviation support facilities, public utility networks, integrated communications systems, landscaping, and signage.
In collaboration with BMD, Civilcast developed a custom solution for the project. Product supplied was Class G, and the pits and precast surrounds were all custom-made for the project.
Civilcast’s custom capability and capacity coupled with their extensive logistics network ensured they were the preferred supplier for this complex package.
