Terms & Conditions

No restocking fee applies to goods returned due to an error made by Civilcast (i.e.oversupply, poor quality)
Returns and credits are not available for Custom or Made-To-Order products.
A 30% Restocking Fee applies to all other returns, providing the goods are returned in their original condition (no damage, clean, etc)
Acceptance of physical goods does not guarantee full credit of goods. Damaged or dirty products will not be credited.
A Disposal Fee of $80/tonne may apply for products returned that are not fit for resale.
Products returned after more than 30 days from invoiced date will not be credited.
Where Civilcast is required to pick up the products for return, Civilcast Standard Freight Charges apply (this may not apply to products returned because of an error made by Civilcast)
Products returned to Civilcast (whether by the customer or picked up by a Civilcast vehicle) must be accompanied by a Civilcast Reference Number (RMA#, SO#, INV#, PO#) to facilitate a Credit.

HIAB Services

Crane/Hiab Truck deliveries allow for unloading of product beside the vehicle only. Craning of product beyond this point may be available on prior request and additional charges may apply
Crane/Hiab Truck deliveries are to be unloaded in one drop-location per purchase order per delivery. Additional charges may apply for additional drop-locations
If the driver deems the site unsafe for unloading, additional charges may apply for Additional time on site or for a Futile delivery

Demurrage – Standard freight rates include/cover time on site to unload:

20 minutes for courier loads ($80/hour for additional time)
40 minutes for Rigid/Hiab loads ($110/hour for additional time)
60 minutes for Semi loads ($160/hour for additional time)
90 minutes for B-Double loads ($190/hour for additional time)
Charges for additional time spent on site will be added to your invoice, unless the delay was caused by Civilcast or unless otherwise agreed with the Civilcast Logistics Department at the time of delivery.

60 minutes for Semi loads ($120/hour for additional time)
90 minutes for B-Double loads ($190/hour for additional time)

Futile Delivery Charges:

Futile deliveries will be charged out at the applicable Civilcast Standard Freight Rate. Additional freight will then be invoiced for redeliveries.

Deposits

A 50% deposit will apply for all custom products.
A deposit will need to be paid before Civilcast begins the procurement/manufacturing/assembly processes for the custom product. Lead times will begin from the time the deposit for the product is received.

Storage

All custom products must be delivered within three weeks of the original requested delivery date.
All items still held by Civilcast beyond 3 weeks of the original requested delivery date will be invoiced in full and will additionally incur a storage fee of 5% of the product value, which will be charged weekly.

Cancellation Fees

Orders for custom products that are cancelled after Civilcast’s manufacture/procurement process have begun will be charged
in full.
